Order Processing Time

We usually process and dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. In some cases, processing might take a little longer during high-demand periods, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders typically reach customers within 4 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery location. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. We will keep you updated via SMS or email once your order has been shipped.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted and reputed courier partners to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and within the promised time frame. If your location is not serviceable by private courier companies, we will send the package via India Post or a reliable government postal service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned on the product page at the time of checkout. These charges may vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of your order. In case of multiple items in one order, the system calculates the total shipping cost accordingly.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible pin codes across India. However, COD orders may be subject to additional verification and slightly longer dispatch times. Our team may contact you via phone or email to confirm COD orders before processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the delivery progress in real time. In case you don’t receive a tracking update within a reasonable time, feel free to contact our support team.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may sometimes occur due to unforeseen issues like weather disruptions, lockdowns, festivals, or courier delays. If your order is significantly delayed, our support team will proactively reach out to assist you.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered with, opened, or damaged, we recommend that you refuse to accept it at the time of delivery. You should immediately inform our support team with photos of the package and order ID. We will investigate the issue and ensure a replacement or refund is provided as per our policy.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed and delivered within India. We may expand our delivery coverage in the future.
